80 Jumping Jacks

100 Crunches

30 Russian Twists

40 second Side Plank (each side)

20 Squats

15 Pushups

10 Donkey Kicks

Take a 5 minute breather then repeat this guide. This is great for before going to work or when it’s raining outside and you can’t go for a run.
