Burn 150 Calories Workout

If you have some free time, or you are just bored, why not do a quick workout to burn off some of those excess calories!

Do this workout with 20 seconds rest in between:

20 pushups
15 sit-ups

40 Squats
20 Sit-ups

100 Jumping jacks
20 pushups

20 Wall pushups
60 second Plank

5 minute Stair Climb
Jump rope for 1 minute.

Repeat this workout 3 times with 3-5 minutes rest in between and you are guaranteed to burn 150 calories!
