Rock Hard Abs Workout
If you are trying to get those rock hard abs this summer, this is a great workout to add to your routine. Simple to follow and you only need to do it a couple times per week.
Start with:
20 leg lifts
30 Scissor Kicks
60 second Plank
20 Reverse Crunches
15 V-Up reps
45 second Plank (on each side)
20 Russian Twists
Take a 5 minute rest then repeat this workout. Follow this workout twice per week and you will have those killer abs in no time!
