This is a simple workout routine that can be done any day of the week and is great for getting yourself pumped up.
Start with:
100 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
15 Squats
10 Lunges (On Each Leg)\\30 Russian Twists
5 Pushups
10 Squats
50 Jumping Jacks
Repeat these exercises twice.
