Flat Tummy Workout
Summer is here and now is a great time for getting into shape and staying healthy. Here is a really simple flat tummy aka morning workout that can be done up to 3 times per week.
Start with:
25 Crunches
10 Pushups
30 Jumping Jacks
10 Bicycle Crunches
10 Pushups
30 Crunches
Take a 2-3 minute rest and repeat 2-3 more times to get your heart pumped and body ready to go!
