Do This Workout 3 Days A Week
You’re still working on those new year resolutions? Of course you are, you haven’t given up that easily. Right?
We want you to do this workout at least 3 times per week. Span it out. Monday, Wednesday & Friday works best. It may seem difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, you might even start doubling the reps!
75 Jumping Jacks
25 Pushups
60 High Knees
50 Bicycle Kicks
60 Jumping Jacks
30 Knees Up Crunches
30 Legs Up Crunches
45 Butt Kicks
1 minute Plank
30 sec. Side Plank (each side)
10 minute Jog
