Great workout for getting your arms toned and keeping them strong. This workout should be done twice a week for best results!

10 Pushups

15 Bicep Curls

15 Second Arm Plank

20 Second Arm Circles

30 second rest

10 Hammer Curls

10 Pushups

Rest for 2 minutes then repeat.
