The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do! Remember not doing anything is worse than doing some type of workout routine or plan. If you do nothing, you get no results. If you do something, you’ll at least get some results.
A quick workout plan that can be done in under 10 minutes:
100 Jumping Jacks
1 minute. Bicycle Kicks
30 Russian Twists
1 minute Plank
45 second Side Plank (each side)
75 Jumping Jacks.
Rest for 5 minutes, then repeat or choose another workout.
