The warm weather will be here soon and now is the perfect time to start training and getting fit.

Even just exercising 3 times per week can have a noticeable effect if kept up with.

This is a simple workout routine that can be done any day of the week and is great for getting yourself pumped up.

Start with:

100 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches

15 Squats

10 Lunges (On Each Leg)\\30 Russian Twists

5 Pushups

10
Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

Repeat these exercises twice.
