Everyday Workout Plan
For a simple, yet heart-pumping workoput plan that requires no weights or equiptment. This can be done once a day, either when you wake up in the morning or before you go to bed.

20 Jumping Jacks

15 High Knees

10 Pushups

10 Ab Crunches

7 Burpees

10 Calf Raises

10 Reverse Lunges

Always remember to give yourself at least 5-10 minutes of time dedicated to stretching and warm ups to prevent the risk of injury.
