Beginner’s Workout Plan

Here’s a workout plan for those that have just begin to start their exercise routine. You have to get your body used to exercising after long periods of inactivity.

For all you veterans out there, do this but double the amount of reps.

50 Jumping Jacks

25 sec Wall Sit

30 Crunches

35 Squats

15 Pushups

25 Frog Sit Ups

30 secs Plank

Do this workout everyday of the week taking one day off as a rest day.
