Beach Workout - Beach optional, but recommended
Heart pumping beach workout guide that you don’t even have to go to the beach. Although we really recommend it!

Begin with a 5 minute walk, then 30 seconds of squats.

Walk for 5 minutes, then a light jog for two minutes.

Reward yourself with 30 thrilling seconds of pushups, followed by 15 pile squats or a 5 minute walk.

Finish with 25 donkey kicks, then stretch for 5 minutes.
