HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training

Do each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest.

Pushups

Wall Sit

Crunches

Burpees

Side Plank

Mountain Climbers

High Knees

Lunges

Squat Jumps

Rest for 2-minutes, then repeat.
